We invited Lord Ivar Mountbatten, his husband James Coyle, and his daughters Ella Mountbatten, Alix Mountbatten, Luli Mountbatten to 11 Savile Row, to try it for themselves and create their Christmas jumpers with Huntsman. We had no idea how creative or hilarious the results would be! Whilst Lord Mountbatten and his husband James chose cheeky slogans to keep their guests guessing on Christmas Day (and probably into the New Year!) for Luli, it was an affectionate nickname to remind her of home whilst she was away on her Ski season.
At the Clubroom of 11 Savile Row, we invited the Mountbattens to come together to unwrap their jumpers and have an early Christmas celebration. Like all families, the demands of travel, school, and running a business means that for Lord Mountbatten and his family, Christmas is one of those rare and sacred occasions when the family can all be together.
With plenty of Champagne and much hilarity, we captured the moments that they first saw their jumpers. And this year, we’re sure that Christmas will be an even more riotous affair, with their personalised jumpers from Huntsman.
