This season, Huntsman has partnered with UTO Cashmere to introduce a collection of four exquisite cashmere sweaters, featuring both crew neck and high neck styles. This collaboration marries Huntsman elegance with world-renowned craftsmanship, resulting in a capsule of knitwear that epitomises rarified luxury. 

Both houses are united by shared values of enduring quality, authentic craftsmanship and sustainability,—principles that guide the creation of each sweater. Huntsman’s reputation in producing conscious ‘slow-fashion’ ready-to-wear collections, aligns with UTO’s commitment to using the finest materials and responsible manufacturing techniques.

 

Both Huntsman and UTO share an ethos that only the best materials can produce the best products. At the heart of this collaboration is UTO’s dedication to using Grade 1 cashmere—the highest grade available. Cashmere is revered as one of the most luxurious and soft fabrics in the world, and for this collection, only the finest raw fibres from the Ordos region in Inner Mongolia are used. UTO’s emphasis on sustainability is evident in their sourcing practices, where they work directly with local herders to ensure ethical treatment and fair compensation, reflecting a deep commitment to environmental and social responsibility.

What sets UTO apart from other cashmere producers is their relentless pursuit of innovation and sustainability in every step of their production. Their proprietary yarn-spinning technique ensures minimal pilling, allowing the sweaters to maintain their impeccable softness and appearance, even after extensive wear.
